I've resolved this in src/ontology/foodon-edit.owl which will be published to /foodon.owl soon. But as noted in #246 there are a number of other cases like this to resolve which will take some time.

I was just curious if you are requiring .obo format, or if you could utilize .ofn OWL functional notation, which I believe offers the same simplicity.

I will close this now, but am recognizing that FoodOn doesn't have .obo format compatibility yet; its not a priority objective but we will work towards that.
