Game crash when planting forestry sapling #276

Hey :)
game completely shot down when i plant a sapling from forestry, when i open the game again the sapling is planted and i can use bonemeal on it to grow it np, only crash when i plant it

Appears to be client only crash. Possibly client missing information?

Oh, its also caused by NEI. Typical.
