alphaCycle: Number of days for alpha cyclebetaCycle: Number of days for beta cycle
The OnInit() function is called when the EA is initialized. Any initialization code can be added here.
The OnDeinit() function is called when the EA is removed from the chart. Any deinitialization code can be added here.
The OnTick() function is called on each tick of the chart. This is where the trading logic is implemented.
The trading logic can be customized based on the requirements. In this sample code, the following logic is implemented:
- Buy when the alpha cycle is positive and the beta cycle is negative.
- Sell when the alpha cycle is negative and the beta cycle is positive.
To implement the actual calculation of the alpha and beta cycles, the functions CalculateAlphaCycle() and CalculateBetaCycle() are provided. These functions should be replaced with the actual calculation logic.
To execute a buy trade, the Buy() function is called. Any buy trade execution code can be added here.
To execute a sell trade, the Sell() function is called. Any sell trade execution code can be added here.
