Probably missing shims. The following fails to run:

$ ROWDY_SETTINGS="local.phantomjs" npm run check
$ ROWDY_SETTINGS="local.phantomjs" npm run test-func

TASK:

Fix phantomjs run.
Enable phantom + FF in Travis matrix.
Enable phantom + IE in Appveyor matrix.
