Feature description

If an imported and an existing contacts are identical (same name and numbers), don't import it.

Why do you want this feature?

To prevent accumulating duplicates.

@bb1a2 what about feature "merge duplicate contacts"? that should be enough Do you mean that that feature lack something? or?

@naveensingh I think you are using Github mobile. I heard certain types of issue links don't work in it for some reason. I was linking this issue #75
