This command is used by visualization tools. Its relatively easy to add, we just have to make sure code is portable, as most of the fields in the response are platform specific.

@apkar We have the solution to support hostinfo command in Linux and CentOS. We are using the output format\content same as what MongoDB returns. Currently, working on for MAC OS. Could you please assign the ticket to me?
