Limited character sheet for NPCs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When the players have limited right to see an NPC (so they show up in the sidebar), the players are able to see that character's FULL stat sheet. This is not always ideal.

Describe the solution you'd like
Foundry includes the ability to define a second, limited sheet for people with limited access rights. (See Rayji96/foundry-V5#38). I would suggest adding this to the package. Perhaps a second "Public description" text box could be added to each NPC actor which would show up on both the full and limited sheet. That, plus their Name and Image might be all that's on the public sheet.

Describe alternatives you've considered
So Far I just have to not give PCs access to NPC sheets that contain information I don't want them to know.
