Mqtt daemon to transmit tele information.
This daemon send Mqtt message from french electric counter values. It's design for base, HC/HP, EJP and Tempo subsription.
- Send instantaneous intensity and apparent power.
- Send index counter BASE, HC/HP, EJP and Tempo.
- Send PTEC value, tomorrow tempo and EJP notification.
