Added support for Season 10's .ngrid_overlay files, which are used for the new Dragon map changes.

Download the .exe or download the .zip and extract the .exe, then drag and drop a .AIMESH_NGRID file onto the .exe and the converted versions will be created next to the originals. If you have a .NGRID_OVERLAY file, then you can drag and drop it long with its main ngrid file onto the .exe to have the overlay be applied during the conversion.
