Spatial Aggregation

This is a web app that will aggregate point data into a tessellation of hexagons or fishnet. The app is built with ArcGIS API for JavaScript and work with web map hosted in ArcGIS Online. It also uses a JavaScript lib from [here] (https://github.com/brian3kb/graham_scan_js).

Features

  • Create hexagon tessellation of the extent of given point feature layer or user defined area of interst (AOI).
  • Aggregate point attribute data into the inclosing hexagons or grids with multiple statistic options.
  • Render the hexagon tessellation or fishnet with the simple count or aggregated attribute.
