vue template build artifacts do not work as expected in browser

reproduce steps：

• npx create-snowpack-app snowpack-demo --template @snowpack/app-template-vue
• npm run build
• npx http-server build

got error:
Uncaught SyntaxError: The requested module '../web_modules/vue.js' does not provide an export named 'openBlock'

my speculation:
https://github.com/pikapkg/snowpack/blob/master/plugins/plugin-vue/plugin.js#L99 set runtimeModuleName to /web_modules/vue.js, cause named exports such as openBlock were tree-shook in production mode. I tried to change runtimeModuleName to vue and got problem resolved.

Good catch! I think you're correct, we expect the package name exactly and not the import path.
