math/ascent: Add PKGNAMESUFFIX to prevent confustion

There's a different port science/ascent that has a close version
number but is an entirely different project.

These two projects are mixed up in Repology.

I think it is very beneficial for the sake of avoiding confusion
to have their package names reflect what they are.
