FEM feature: enable fluid boundary 2d case and enable thermal and turbulence setting UI

This PR will not affect other users, FemConstraintFluidBoundary is only designed for my CFD workbench.

Previously, only 3D case is supported by OpenFOAM solver, now 2D Fenics solver is nearly finished. Selecting of Edges as boundary for 2D case is enabled. Also, thermal and turbulence UI, previously just for UI design review, is now fully functional.

In 155c000 I made some security checks as one cannot silently assume that a property is of a certain type:

1. Make sure that it's PropertyLink
2. Check that the linked object is a Part feature and not something else (hence the dynamic_cast)
3. OCC segfaults when calling ShapeType() on a null shape

I guess the check for the Part property is wrong. The class FemMeshShapeObject has a link property called Shape, not Part.
