It just makes the usage of codecs impossible.
This allows server implementations to watch these channel ids for their creation statuses.

This is basically 3337810, but for the other dynamic channel.
I tested the changes for the DISP and RDPGFX channel with g-r-d. For the other channels, I don't have the hook up ready yet, so they are only compile-tested.
