May I ask why do you need support for old phobos versions? |

Ubuntu 18.04, ldc from repo (v1.8, actually not old), build fails. I was too lazy to update my compilers manually :) Also it is needed in one lib (not public yet), where older compilers may be used widely. |

Just added
stripRightfunction, which is not recognized by old compilers. Works at least on 2.070.
