TE+ addons are datapacks that need to be used alongside with Technical Enchant+ Renewed base datapack. Otherwise, they won't be able to use many mechanics and features from it. The installation is simple, just install them as another datapack in your world.

However, if you have some knowledge in Minecraft's commands, you can even create your own addon enchantments!! Here is a small Guide on how you can create your addon, but there is even more detailed information on each file of the template that will guide you.
