A 4 in 1 vehicle resource by LightUpFam#2462

No more vanilla music in cars AUTO turns off!.

No more cinematic Player / Vehicle AFK cameras.

No more 300+ mph cars. Server Speed limiter set to 200mph (can be changed in config file) (slower cars also help render rates.  Hopefully meaning less game crashes =).

Working Brake Lights when your vehilce is stopped.

(may add working turn signals in future)
