This PR is aimed to reduce the difficulty of finding the CSS selector feature (#5488).

Changes proposed in this pull request:

Correct mistranslations
Leave 'CSS selector' keyword in the translated text to make it easier to find related docs and issues
Clarify that the CSS selector is for the purpose of retrieving the article

How to test the feature manually:

I confirmed that it displayed as expected.
