I recently changed the password on my PSN account. As a result, GOG Galaxy lists my PSN account as offline. Instead of getting an option to update my password, I needed to disconnect and reconnect my account.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Connect GOG Galaxy to PSN.
  2. Change PSN password on https://www.playstation.com/en-us/.
  3. Return to GOG Galaxy integrations menu.

Expected result: GOG Galaxy prompts user to re-enter username and password.

Actual result: GOG Galaxy displays "offline" error with a retry button. Retry button does not fix issue.

I haven't changed my password but I've also been experiencing the same thing.

Also have this issue but haven't changed my password. Disconnecting and reauthenticating fixes it.

Galaxy will try to re-log you with stored credentials - which are no longer valid since you've changed password, therefore Retry will not work here. To update your stored credentials in Galaxy, Disconnect and Connect again with the PSN plugin.

I'm having the same issue, but I haven't changed my credentials. Every time I click "Retry" its just asks me to log back in again but never works.
