Cannot enable Branchcache on my network. #139

Hi all,

When attempting to enable BranchCache, I get stuck at a very odd and simple place. The 2PintEnable script doesn't detect that BRANCHCACHEENABLE=YES is listed in customsettings.ini, which it is, and it just fails. Can someone help me get it up and running? I must be missing something simple.
