remake notion callout components using shortcodes
switch icons entirely to iconify; iconify/mdi has stuff like brand icons for github
close toc after jumping to an item
insert a pseudo-element atop the heading to jump to the proper spot when toc is visible
adjust markdown headings so that they properly stack h1 > h2 > h3 > h4
remove frontend dead code
minor hierachic html5 adjustments
