TCGA, CCLE, and GTEx fusion annotations are updated based on running STAR-Fusion v1.5.0

HumanBodyMap fusions are updated based on GRCh38 search and include standard filtering.

This update is included in the latest Human CTAT Genome Libs available at:
https://data.broadinstitute.org/Trinity/CTAT_RESOURCE_LIB/__genome_libs_StarFv1.6/

and used with Trinity CTAT software.
