I don't believe anything but <meta name="format-detection" content="telephone=no"> is valid here, but if there's documentation saying otherwise I'd appreciate sources for that.

Safari mentions support of content="telephone=no" in their Supported Meta Tags documentation. And a bit off-topic there's a related non-standard HTML attribute by Microsoft called x-ms-format-detection.

The other elements are applicable to HTML emails in clients like Apple Mail and would be more appropriate for caniemail.com
