Fail to Import and install with anaconda's last release (or any)

Hi all!
i am trying to install scikit-fda with the last anaconda release (using python3.8)
i have tried pip instal on the base environment without succeded, also created an python 3.6 environment and i end always the same way.
also i tried to install it with the source file (python setup.py install), succeeded to instal, but then, i get an error when importing.
any help will be greeted, my idea is to use this package, among others, for my TFM (spanish for "final master's work"), and i dont know what else to do.

hi!, i just repeated the entire process again, with the new package and it works!,
i downloaded anaconda and create a virtual environment (not in python 3.7, but last), after downloaded VSC, i pip installed it and it works fine, i can import well. i didn't make a full test on the library but i think it will work, however i post update if needed.

Off course you can, its about predicting the phone call volumen for a contact center (in and out).
i currently work for a company that develop software for contact center companies, so the idea es use all the data for making this predictions (among others).
nowadays the model predict using lineal regresion, so migrating to functional analysis should make a good improvement.
