🐛 Bug

The instructions at https://github.com/GCTC-NTGC/gc-digital-talent/blob/main/documentation/sign-in-canada.md#account-creation are missing the community manager and request responder roles.

✅ Acceptance Criteria

  • Add community manager and request responder to SIC documentation instructions
