There is "Stairs" after using displacement

I got a displacement png from Bridge, I think it's same as yours, but I got this effect.

I tried making a grey and 32bit image, and some displacement images from web, still stairs there. Did I miss some thing?

I see a couple of issues here. One thing is the blurriness of the texture. That could be a texture tiling issue.

About the displacement. That's because it won't have enough vertices.
