game2d for android

game2d base on cocos2d-x(1.0.1-x-0.12.0) and spidermonkey, and binding some cocos2d-x api,and also change some api style.there is some doc about api and also provider

some demo for it.

and plz use ndkr6 to build jni code,have fun.
