NGShelper is a set of Python programs useful to perform some tasks related to NGS analysis: extracts subsets, perform format conversion, filter, impute and extract statistics from VCF and transcriptome FASTA files, etc. (see details in help.txt file in the "Package" folder). The package contains some Bash (Linux) and Bat (Windows) scripts to facilitate running the Python programs.
