Preparation Before Installation

Before installing MyTel-U, ensure your system meets the following requirements. You can verify this by navigating to Settings > System, scrolling down, and selecting About. Your Windows specification will be listed under Device specification.

System Requirements

If you're using Windows 10, press Windows + R, type winver, and press Enter to view the winver dialog.

To run a WinUI 3 application, your system must meet the following criteria:

  1. Minimum Windows Version:

    • Windows 10 (1803+) or Windows 11 (64-bit systems)
  2. Runtime Requirements:

    • Ensure you have either .NET 7 or .NET 8 Runtime installed.
    • If not already installed, start the program, and you'll be prompted to download and install it.

Remember to regularly update your Windows version for optimal performance. If you're already using Windows 11 or a version beyond the minimum requirement, you should be able to run the My Tel-U Launcher without any issues.
