add quick-nav options to default right-click feature menus #298

Add options in the default right-click menu for features:

zoom to show whole feature (sets visible region to be the feature's span plus a little padding)
navigate to 5' end (or left end in case of unstranded feature)
navigate to 3' end (or right end in case of unstranded feature)
