Allow users to see previews of, and jump to, regions that are related to the current one. Represent by a pair of features, possibly in different genomes, that are indicated to be related in some way, with metadata about the type of relationship.

Could be used to model synteny relationships, making a JBrowse_syn. Also could be used to group homologous genes, coexpressed genes, genes with the same or similar functional annotation (GO terms), or genes involved in the same pathway.
