RTHybrid Genetic

RTHybrid with a genetic algorithm to search the dynamical invariant in the carcinus maenas pyloric CPG
Only xml mode can be used (Graphic User Interface / GUI not adapted)
Genetic algorithm is programed in python and take the control on the RTHybrid core program

RTHybrid core funcionality and code is not altered
Python codes genetico_rt.py, genetico_xml.py and invariante.py implements the genetic algorithm
Experiments are automatically launch using the XML mode from RTHybrid
The python codes create the experiment XML files for RTHybrid
The code also read the result from the experiments
The python code evaluate the dynamical invariant as part of the genetic evolution of the individuals
