[GNS3 2.2.0a4] Manually created templates missing after GNS3 restart

Manually added several templates (IOL, QEMU) are missing after closing an re-opening GNS3 GUI.

HOST:
Running GNS3 version 2.2.0a4 on Windows (64-bit) with Python 3.6.8 Qt 5.12.1 and PyQt 5.12.
Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit 6.1.7601, Service Pack 1
Intel Core i5-2520M
16GB RAM
VMware Workstation 14.1.3 build-9474260

VM:
8GB RAM
2 vCPUs
GNS3 server version: 2.2.0a4
Release channel: 2.2dev
VM version: 0.10.16
Ubuntu version: bionic

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Edit
2. Click on Preferences
3. Add a template (IOL or QEMU)
4. Click Apply, then Ok.
5. Close GNS3
6. Re-Open GNS3
7. Created template is missing.

Do you see the template after you close the Preferences?

Yes, I do. The template is shown after step 4.

Do your see your templates in the GNS3 controller config file? It should be located there: %APPDATA%\GNS3\2.2.0\gns3_controller.conf

Yes, I see it in the *gns3_controller.ini file before I start GNS3, after started is no longer there:

Reproduced:
4. Click Apply, then Ok.
4.1 Template is in gns3_controller.ini file.
5. Close GNS3
5.1 Template is in gns3_controller.ini file.
6. Re-Open GNS3
6.1 Template is not in gns3_controller.ini file.
7. Created template is missing.

I found the issue, it should be fixed in the next alpha release. Thanks for catching that 👍
