Adapter 0 Port name changes to Ethernet0 when First port name is set #3223

GNS3 version and operating system:

  • OS: Arch Linux (Linux laptop 5.13.13-zen1-1-zen # 1 ZEN SMP PREEMPT Thu, 26 Aug 2021 19:14:35 +0000 x86_64 GNU/Linux)
  • GNS3 version 2.2.24
  • no GNS3 VM or remote server

To Reproduce

  1. Go to QEMU VM template configuration, Network tab.
  2. Set the First port name.
  3. Create a node from the template.
  4. Go to Note properties, Network tab, Configure custom adapters.
  5. See Ethernet0 in the Adapter 0's Port name field.
