The dictionary for nds (Plattdüütsch) refers to qwertz.kbd, but this file is not shipped as part of aspell in the latest release.

This means that downstream packagers who simply use the latest source release of aspell and the list of official dictionaries from ftp.gnu.org risk shipping a broken nds dictionary.
