Update year in

I know that it is not important at all, but in the next release, aspell should change the year in line 2885 of aspell.cpp file:

# Current version
             "Aspell %s.  Copyright 2000-2019 by Kevin Atkinson.\n"

# Proposed version
             "Aspell %s.  Copyright 2000-2020 by Kevin Atkinson.\n"

It might be also good to create some automated way to change this when making a new release. Also a test might be useful. 😃

It is generally something I manually do before releases, but I agree an automatic way would be better.
