Stdout/Stderr saved in session

Are you planning to support saving stdout/stderr console log in the session files to be seen in the future?

So far my use case is to save the output along with your session (same directory), and when I am reviewing a specific session, I open its output file in another window.

In case it is not, any advice how to integrate this functionality?

Maybe you can point to me which files/classes/functions I should modify/extend. I ask this in case I decide to implement I would like to do a PR, and better if I do it in "your way" to be easily merged.
