Mapping Exits and Destinations in Malaysia

In reference to #98

Objective: Highway exit information is very important to guide and notify at highway exits. We'll be reviewing and mapping missing information from motorway_junction (ref=*,noref=yes) and from motorway_link ( destination=, destination:to=, destination:street=, destination:ref=, destination:ref:to=, destination:symbol=).

Cities we are reviewing/mapping:

• Klang Valley
• Johor Bahru
• Penang

Workflow: We'll be following the same workflow as mentioned on wiki pages: - https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:highway%3Dmotorway_junction and https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Exit_Info
