2.1 Release!

Fixes:

• Fixed Player Randomizer softlock.
• Fixed the world not loading correctly after randomized mission "Toyminator".
• Fixed RC missions - the target gang vehicles will now instantly explode when detonating next to them.
• Voices lines that don't have a subtitle will now say nothing.
• Removed vehicles which don't work for "Grand Theft Auto" garage.

Additions:

• Implemented player weapon randomizer (including rampages, config options available)
• Included the detonator to be given as a randomized weapon.
• Added more config options to force specific script vehicles, weapons, etc.
• Included Easter Eggs (config option available)
• General code cleanup and optimizations.
