• convert all lathe recipes
• convert all sapling oredict recipes
• convert all toolhead oredict recipes
• convert all fluid solidification recipes
• convert reverse macerating
• convert comb autoclaving
• convert all implosion compressor recipes
• convert most remaining assembler recipes
• convert all remaining assembling line recipes
• convert last slicer recipe
• a few minor fixes regarding nulls in recipes and other minor recipe fixes
• remove nulls in cell-to-fluid conversion for multiblocks. this cleans up the recipedebug and makes it very easy to spot broken recipes (see other PRs fixing them)
