GalactigGreg reimplements GT oregen code. So it is important to use the new GT API and also fix the oregen pattern here. Otherwise it remains wrong at x,z=0 and VP/NEI/IGI are wrong by comparison. This bug only affects worlds created with or after 2.3.5.
