2 things actually:

fixes the weird oxygen amounts that newly crafted higher tier tanks have. This was caused by Changed oxygen tank from linear progression to exponential. Galacticraft#20
makes the infinite oxygen tank recipe take any ultra heavy tanks (instead of only full). This part is a buff, hence the affects balance label

closes GTNewHorizons/GT-New-Horizons-Modpack#13927.


          fix crafting recipes for tanks and use wildcard for infinity one
