This PR adds high amp UXV wireless hatches and adjusts the tiering of low amp ones.
The reason for this PR is that lasers turn into a major annoyance at such late stages in the pack and basically devolve to spamming wireless LSCs that connect to a handful of machines each (via lasers). High amp wireless UXV hatches aim to reduce LSC and laser spam by providing an expensive but handy alternative for such setups.
Being UXV, they are gated behind MHDCSM and eternity.
The lower amp wireless hatches have been retiered to pre-eoh, reason being that locking them behind eoh materials made them not really accessible for the pre-eoh infra expansion where they are needed most. Plus them being tiered the same as the laser ones did not make much sense.
Credit to Ant for making the custom wireless texture
