Translate time of added items on main page #20

Currently the main pages shows the time since the item was added always in english (X minutes ago). Should be translated.

(Also use <time> as markup with absolute timestamp in viewers timezone as title/tooltip.)

Carbon has localization support now (http://carbon.nesbot.com/docs/#api-localization).
