Fully Implemented, Ready-to-use BucketMap

Implemented the following functions:

• Allow checking the mapping on both the forward strand and reverse strand.
• Implement the quality filter.

The tool is now ready to be applied to real datasets, preferably Illumina short reads. This version is used in the final version of the benchmark experiments of the thesis.
