Alembic Holder

This is the source code for the Maya Alembic Holder plugin & scripts.

Pre-requisites are :

- Maya > 2017

For compilation :
- Cmake > 2.8
- Alembic libraries 
- Arnold > 5.0.0.0
- MtoA > 2.0.0.0
- Python > 2.7
- Boost > 1.5
