Newer base-compat brings Semigroup((<>)) into scope while mainland-pretty before 0.6.2 uses monoidal <> and drops the re-export in 0.7.

I tried to pour some more CPP, but mainland-pretty-0.6.1 doesn't have a Semigroup instance and that clashes with newer base-compat. Thus, mappend.
