後端專案已有flake8(檢查代碼規範)跟pytest(測試程式碼),
還少了型別檢查 mypy

目前程式碼推上去後檢查流程是
flake8->pytest
這主要是希望思考一下mypy放在流程中那個位置比較適合, 這沒有標準答案, 有一套至少可以說服自己的說法即可
然後不要花太多時間去研究mypy.ini, 這不是重點
寧可花費額外時間, 去另外寫練習用code, 體驗一下用py3.10寫typing hint
