canMockLocation return fase on iOS simaulator iPhone12

Hi,

Not sure if i need to do something specific but when using the latest version (2.6.0) of this plugin, canMockLocation returns false when testing with the iOS simulator.

I even select "Apple" from the Location features of the Simulator.

Looks like the current implementation just falls through to isJailbroken, which is always false on the simulator.

We could update canMockLocation to always return true on a simulator.
