contains: multi-layer material terrain, waterplane, wheeledvehicle, respawning AI turret, static mesh, particleemitternode(s), timeofday, forest, groundcover, postfx preset (edit: and a storm, physicszone, and decal and mesh road. sadly, no partidge in a pear tree)
dependencies:
#769 for groundcover material definitions, #771 to ensure water doesn't trap the player.

…finitions and textures to grass_dry. the - was causing it to register as material 0, which among other things made it impossible to remove.

What did you say in IRC about TimeOfDay needing to be enabled?

the play tickbox is off for editing. you can manually set a given time of day if you want to check under specific lighting conditions as i was at the time, but getting it to cycle requires flipping that back on. guess really a case of flipping a coin on which we want to be the default there.

Some changes to those bloody nlf language files slipped in. Honestly, we need to do something about them.
